This Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy governs all paid and free services offered through HeadwaySpot, a project management and business operations platform operated by Funde Technologies.
By subscribing to any paid plan, using promotional pricing, redeeming discounts, or accessing subscription-based features, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
HeadwaySpot may offer one or more subscription tiers including, but not limited to:
- Free Plan
- Pro Plan
- Enterprise Plan
- Partner Plans
- Promotional Plans
- Limited-Time Offers
Features, usage limits, storage allocations, team limits, contractor limits, AI usage allowances, and other benefits may vary between plans.
HeadwaySpot reserves the right to modify plan structures, included features, limits, and pricing at any time.
2. Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided at our discretion.
We may:
- Modify Free Plan features
- Change usage limits
- Introduce restrictions
- Move features to paid plans
- Discontinue Free Plan access for specific functionality
Continued access to free features is not guaranteed.
3. Subscription Activation
Paid subscriptions become active once payment is successfully processed.
Access to paid features may be suspended until payment confirmation is received from our payment partners.
Subscription periods begin on the date payment is successfully completed.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Renewals may occur:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
- According to any billing period selected during purchase
By subscribing, you authorize HeadwaySpot and its payment providers to automatically collect applicable renewal charges.
5. Pricing
Subscription pricing displayed at the time of purchase applies only to the active billing term.
HeadwaySpot reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
Price revisions may occur due to:
- Inflation
- Infrastructure costs
- Hosting expenses
- Taxation changes
- Currency fluctuations
- Product enhancements
- Market conditions
- Pricing standardization
Price changes apply to future billing periods and renewals.
Existing subscriptions remain unchanged until the current paid term expires.
6. Annual Pricing Review
HeadwaySpot may review and revise subscription pricing beginning on the first day of each Indian Financial Year (1 April).
Such revisions may result in increases or decreases in pricing.
Customers renewing after a revised pricing schedule becomes effective will be billed according to the new rates.
7. Discounts, Coupons & Promotional Pricing
HeadwaySpot may offer:
- Coupon Codes
- Promotional Discounts
- Startup Discounts
- Investor Discounts
- Partner Pricing
- Referral Rewards
- Launch Offers
- Educational Discounts
All discounts are temporary unless explicitly stated otherwise.
HeadwaySpot reserves the right to:
- Modify
- Restrict
- Suspend
- Cancel
- Revoke
- Refuse
any coupon, promotion, discount, referral program, or special pricing arrangement at any time without prior notice.
Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
8. Grandfathered Pricing
Unless expressly stated in writing, subscription pricing is not permanently grandfathered.
Customers may be migrated to current pricing schedules upon renewal.
9. Upgrades
Customers may upgrade their subscription plan at any time.
Upon upgrade:
- Additional features may become available immediately
- Additional charges may apply
- Billing adjustments may be calculated at our discretion
HeadwaySpot reserves the right to determine how upgrade billing is handled.
10. Downgrades
Customers may downgrade to a lower-tier plan.
Downgrades generally become effective at the end of the current billing period.
Following downgrade:
- Certain features may become unavailable
- Usage limits may be reduced
- Historical data may become read-only
- Access to premium functionality may be restricted
Customers remain responsible for ensuring their workspace complies with the limits of the selected plan.
11. Failed Payments
If payment cannot be successfully processed, HeadwaySpot may:
- Retry payment collection
- Restrict premium features
- Suspend workspace access
- Downgrade accounts
- Terminate subscriptions
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in loss of access to paid functionality.
12. No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final.
HeadwaySpot does not provide refunds for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused subscriptions
- Failure to use purchased features
- Mid-cycle cancellations
- Downgrades
- Accidental purchases
- Forgotten renewals
- User error
Refund requests may be reviewed solely at our discretion.
13. Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through available account management tools or by contacting HeadwaySpot support.
Upon cancellation:
- Paid features remain available until the end of the active billing term
- Future renewals will stop
- Workspace data remains stored unless separately deleted
Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace data.
14. Data Retention After Cancellation
Following cancellation, HeadwaySpot may retain workspace information, backups, billing records, logs, and operational data for reasonable periods required for:
- Security
- Compliance
- Auditing
- Fraud prevention
- Business continuity
Users requesting permanent deletion must separately submit a deletion request.
15. Suspension and Termination
HeadwaySpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, subscriptions, or workspaces without refund where we reasonably believe:
- Terms of Service have been violated
- Fraudulent activity has occurred
- Payment abuse exists
- Security risks are present
- Platform integrity is threatened
- Services are being used unlawfully
16. Service Changes
HeadwaySpot may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue any feature, module, integration, pricing structure, or service offering at any time.
Future product announcements, roadmaps, and feature previews do not constitute a contractual commitment to deliver those features.
17. Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Customers remain responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges imposed within their jurisdiction.
