Headway Spot — Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
Headway Spot offers its SaaS platform through a Free Plan and Paid Subscription Plans (“Pro” and “Enterprise”). Paid plans are automated with recurring billing, based on the billing frequency selected at time of purchase (monthly or yearly).
Your subscription will begin immediately once payment is successfully processed.
2. No Trial Period
Headway Spot does not offer a separate trial period.
Instead, all users may use the Free Plan indefinitely, and can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time. Paid features become available instantly once your payment is confirmed.
3. Billing & Renewals
- We charge and collect in advance for the use of all paid SaaS plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal date (monthly or yearly), based on your original purchase date.
- Renewals continue until you officially cancel your subscription.
All payment charges are handled through our approved payment partners (Razorpay / Zoho).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by emailing:

Upon successful cancellation:
- You will receive an email confirmation from Headway Spot.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan at the end of the current billing period.
- Your project data, tasks, team structure, and company workspace will remain intact, unless you explicitly request data deletion.
❗ Important Notes
- No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or partial years.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Once you request account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5. Refund Policy
Headway Spot follows a strict No Refund policy.
This includes:
- No refunds for partial months or partially used subscription periods
- No refunds if you forget to cancel before renewal
- No refunds for unused features
- No prorated refunds upon downgrading
All payments are final.
6. Taxes
All subscription fees are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.
7. Upgrades & Downgrades
You may change your subscription plan at any time by emailing:

Upgrades
- Your billing method will be charged the new plan amount starting from the next billing cycle.
- Upgraded features become available immediately once payment is processed.
Downgrades
- Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date.
- No refunds are provided for downgrades during the active billing period.
8. Refusal or Termination of Service
Headway Spot reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription (new or renewing) for any reason.
No refunds will be provided in cases where subscriptions are terminated for:
- Abuse of platform features
- Violation of terms of use
- Security risks
- Fraudulent activity
- Attempting to remove or misrepresent Headway Spot branding
9. Service Modifications
Funde Technologies reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any part of the Headway Spot service at any time, with or without prior notice.
10. Applicability
This Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to all SaaS services offered under the Headway Spot platform, unless otherwise stated in specific product documentation.
